We are a neighborhood pet store and grooming salon focused on creating a warm, welcoming experience for pets and their humans. We are looking for someone who enjoys customer service, loves dogs, and is excited to grow with a new business. Responsibilities As a Sales Associate, you will help with the day-to-day operations of the store, including: Greeting customers and creating a friendly in-store experience Helping customers choose treats, toys, grooming products, and other pet items Answering phone calls and assisting customers with questions Helping book grooming appointments Making calls to customers when needed Operating the POS system and handling transactions Keeping the store clean, organized, and well-stocked Supporting the team with basic store tasks Helping promote our products, services, and special offers Creating a positive experience for pets and pet parents What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, warm, and customer-oriented Comfortable talking to customers in person and over the phone Responsible and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working around dogs Excited to be part of a growing neighborhood business Previous retail, customer service, or pet industry experience is a plus, but not required Growth Opportunity This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the pet care industry.
