K9 Design Pet Salon – Salon Manager K9 Design Pet Salon is looking for a reliable, energetic, and professional Salon Manager to join our growing team! We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people and pets, and can help keep our salon running smoothly while creating an exceptional client experience. At K9 Design, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality grooming services in a positive, team-focused atmosphere. This is a key leadership role within our salon, and we are looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, upbeat, and passionate about customer service. Position Responsibilities Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow Open and close the salon lobby Answer phones, assist clients, and manage appointments Support groomers and team members throughout the day Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment Manage and post on social media platforms Take photos/videos of pets and create engaging content Help maintain excellent customer relationships and client retention Assist with staff scheduling and overall salon organization Handle customer concerns professionally and positively Requirements Professional appearance and positive attitude required at all times Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and social media Leadership or management experience preferred Ability to work well with a team and maintain a positive environment Passion for pets and the grooming industry is a plus Schedule Wednesday – Saturday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (We may occasionally close earlier if business allows) Pay & Benefits Starting at $17/hour (based on experience) Paid Time Off (PTO) Additional benefits available About K9 Design K9 Design Pet Salon is a fast-growing pet salon focused on quality grooming, excellent customer service, and a positive workplace culture.
