Pet Express is a Californian based Pet Relocation Company with headquarters in Los Angeles.Pet Express organizes and assists with international and domestic relocation of thousands of pets each year.We specialize in reuniting families, caring for pets and completing all administration tasks related to pet travel.We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help families relocate to Europe & the United Kingdom in our growing team in LA.Role Responsibilities:Answer incoming inquiries (phone & email) from customers interested in transporting their pets Develop appropriate travel solutions for customers and pets Confidently provide solutions to customers in accordance with our high quality standards Provide information, suggestions and options in a manner that is accurate and meets the needs of the customer Maintain knowledge of systems, procedures and pet travel protocols Learn, retain, interpret and apply applicable Pet Express policies Converse with customers in a manner that supports our brand and builds trust with our clients Qualifications:Relationships - Proven ability in providing high quality solutions for customers while building strong relationships Communication - Ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers and colleagues in both verbal and written correspondence Travel - Must have exposure to travel and/or logistics backgrounds Geography - Knowledge of global geography, used for researching flight routings Animal Breeds - Knowledge of or ability to learn dog and cat breed types Computer literacy - Excellent computer skills with familiarity of booking software and Microsoft Office programs Core Traits and Competencies:Extraordinary attention to detail, like really extraordinary!
