A Large And Growing Hospital In Fairbanks, AK Is Currently Seeking Multiple Permanent Hire (staff) Staff Pharmacists To Join Their Team Full-time! Check Out The Details Below Title: Staff Pharmacist Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Location: Fairbanks, AK **Pay:> $58.30 to $93.29 hourly wage based on experience and education **Retention Bonus:> $40,000 Retention Bonus for eligible new hires **Relocation Assistance:> up to $7,500 **Additional Pay:> Shift Differential, Annual Increases, PTO Schedule: Full Time, 40 Hours (4 x 10) Benefits: medical, vision, dental, 401k with employer match The **Pharmacist/b> responsibilities may include but not be limited to: Reviews medication orders and evaluates their appropriateness and completeness with respect to patient data including age, height, weight, diagnosis, laboratory values and other pertinent patient information. - Contacts the prescriber with suggestions for improvement and resolves problems with the medication orders as needed. - Accurately and completely documents patient assessment data and clinical interventions. Minimum Requirements 1 year of experience in acute care setting and Pharmacy licensure Qualifications: Requires (or eligible for) pharmacy licensure in the state of practice and a degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy. Pharmacy licensure. - May be required to posses a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company’s auto insurance policy.
