You'll manage comprehensive pharmacotherapy, perform dose optimization (including complex antibiotic dosing and TPN considerations), support sterile compounding with a solid understanding of USP 797, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. This position offers guaranteed 40 hours per week with a flexible mix of day, evening, and night coverage and no on-call requirements, plus opportunities for weekends as needed. A minimum of one year of inpatient pharmacy experience and BLS certification are required, and you'll thrive in a collaborative environment that emphasizes professional growth, orientation, and high standards of patient safety.
