Pharmacist

Jackson HealthPros, a division of Jackson Health Professionals, is seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Pharmacist to support our healthcare and medical services partners across a variety of care settings. In this role, you will use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe, effective, and evidence-based use of medications while collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes. You will review and verify medication orders for appropriateness, accuracy, and potential interactions, compound and dispense medications according to legal and clinical standards, and provide clear counseling to patients and families on proper medication use, side effects, and adherence strategies. Working within healthcare facilities that share our commitment to high quality and safety standards, you will contribute to medication therapy management, support transitions of care, and help implement best practices and protocols that reduce medication errors and improve therapeutic outcomes. You will maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and pharmacy systems, monitor inventory and controlled substances in compliance with regulatory requirements, and stay current with clinical guidelines, formulary changes, and emerging therapies.
