ASPIRUS ST. LUKE'S HOSPITAL in Duluth, MN is seeking a PHARMACIST to join our PHARMACY team! Salary Range: $58.35 - $87.53 Hourly Schedule/Hours: DAY/PM (EVENING) ROTATION, 8 hours Weekend Requirement: Occasional Weekend FTE: FULL TIME, 1.0 FTE or 80 hours every 2 weeks. The Pharmacist is responsible for the accurate and appropriate dispensing of medications. Responsible for the supervision of supportive personnel. Promotes appropriate drug therapy through clinical activities as assigned. Practice sites may include hospital and clinic pharmacies within the St. Luke's Health System. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education : Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy. Experience : N/A Licensure/Certification/Registration : Minnesota License. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education : N/A Experience : Pharmacy Practice (PGYI) residency or equivalent experience. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to exercise good, professional judgment and accept responsibility; to supervise work activities of supportive personnel; to establish and maintain good working relationships with other people; to understand and follow complex oral and written communication. Positive attitude and ability to work well with others. Extensive ability to perform duties accurately, efficiently while often under stress. Occasionally prolonged standing/walking; occasionally lifts supplies/equipment. Work with Wilderness technicians, Pharmacists and nursing staff as required. RE
