About the Role: Reporting to the Pharmacist Operations Manager, the Area Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Dispense & Fulfill Pharmacy, including workflow planning, staffing coordination, and time and attendance management. This role ensures operational efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and patient safety. The Area Manager partners closely with the Pharmacist Operations Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute pharmacy initiatives and process improvements. This position plays a key role in driving performance, optimizing workflows, and ensuring medications are dispensed in full compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations.In addition, the Area Manager collaborates cross-functionally with teams across the organization including fulfillment, operations, order management, and finance.
