Pharmacy Cashier

Job Type:Full-Time Hours:M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm, Sat 8:30-12:30 for a total of 36 hours (30 minutes lunch break daily) Benefits:Medical insurance, Paid time off, 401K Pay Frequency:Bi-weekly Responsibilities:Ensure to acknowledge customers with eye contact, smile and provide assistance.Answer telephones, forwarding calls, taking messages and cleaning work areas Log sales on cash register, process payments as well as bag prescriptions.Handle money properly and record all transactions accurately.Ensure prescriptions given to patient are correct with respect to patient using name along with address to confirm.Responsible for packaging prescriptions to send out for delivery/mailing Maintain and manage over-the-counter drug products, and stock adequate inventory.Requirement:Reliable and Responsible Personable Neat and Organized Trustworthy Self motivated Friendly and professional customer skills Ability to use a computer Ability to multi-task Ability to stand for a long period of time Basic mathematics skills when taking inventory and ringing up customers Quick and efficient learner High school diploma or equivalent Management:Pharmacy manager Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $16.50 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education:High school or equivalent (Required) Experience:Retail sales:1 year (Required) Language:English (Required) Shift availability:Day Shift (Required) Work Location:In person.
