As a Network Analyst, you will be at the forefront of analyzing pharmacy network performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and driving improvements in the way we operate. You’ll play a key role in recommending MAC changes for pricing and supporting internal teams in making data-driven decisions to optimize our network’s performance. 100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings. What You’ll Do: Analyze Pharmacy Network Performance: Analyze pharmacy network performance metrics, including cost trends, reimbursement rates, and utilization patterns. Ensure Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze, report, and interpret large data sets for presentation in a concise and effective manner. Forecasting & Modeling: Work with internal teams to build and maintain network forecasting models according to business needs. Pricing Strategy: Inform internal partners tracking measures for drug pricing changes. Optimize Operations: Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business operations and reporting.
