We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you will use clinical expertise to ensure the safe and accurate distribution of medications to patients across a hospital setting. Active Pharmacist license in the state of Florida required. Experience working as a Pharmacist in a hospital setting preferred. Experience with EPIC or similar electronic health record systems required. Demonstrated experience with medication reconciliation and discharge medication counseling. Familiarity with controlled substance handling, inventory processes, and regulatory compliance required. Ability to participate in pharmacy quality assurance, P&T committee activities, and staff training. Facility Type: Hospital. Shift Details: Day (5x8). Facility requires adherence to facility standards for appearance, attendance, and punctuality. May be required to support medication distribution, emergency drug stocking, and inspections across hospital units. Outdoor options include Tomoka State Park with riverfront trails and wildlife viewing about 15 minutes from downtown and the Halifax River for boating and paddle sports within the city.
