Pharmacy Technician

The Role: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our supportive, family-owned team. This is a fast-paced environment that requires a professional who can handle high-volume workflows with accuracy and a calm demeanor. We offer a stable Monday - Friday schedule, with weekends and all major holidays off. Key Responsibilities: Accurately fill and label prescriptions for walk-in patients and standard orders. Navigate RX30 pharmacy software with efficiency (training provided). Manage inventory and accurately order stock to prevent shortages. Type prescriptions and resolve insurance (adjudicated) claims. Provide exceptional, friendly customer service both in-person and over the phone. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure workstation. Maintain high standards of integrity regarding medication and cash handling. Requirements: Active California Pharmacy Technician License in good standing. (Required) Ability to maintain professional composure during busy rush periods. Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude. Previous retail experience is a plus RX30 knowledge preferred but will train the right candidate. Why Work With Us? Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm. No Nights, No Weekends.
