The role focuses on facilitating patient access to a first-in-class therapy and managing a significant volume of inbound and outbound communications. Schedule And Shifts Variable schedules including days and mid shifts Two closing shifts per week Operating hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of calls with patients and healthcare providers Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and physicians Identify and report adverse events per company SOPs Create and maintain accurate records for patients, physicians, and prescriptions Assist the pharmacy team with prescription preparation and data entry tasks Qualifications And Experience Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey Minimum of 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience, preferably in mail order or closed-door pharmacy settings; retail experience considered Strong data entry and record-keeping skills Reliable work history without frequent job changes Pharmacy Software: Prime Rx Average Script Volume: Approximately 900 prescriptions per day This position offers a pathway to permanent placement following the initial 8-13 week assignment.
