Responsibilities Prepare IV admixtures following strict aseptic techniques and protocols Handle and compound sterile products in compliance with regulatory standards Maintain accurate documentation of medication preparation and inventory Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure quality and safety Monitor storage conditions and expiry dates of pharmaceutical products Adhere to facility policies and procedures for infection control and safety Qualifications/Desired Experience IV Certification required Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician, specifically with IV admixture preparation Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and sterile compounding guidelines Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Familiarity with pharmacy software and record-keeping is a plus Location: Glendale, CA (with additional opportunities in the Los Angeles area) Schedule Day Shift This position offers both temporary-to-hire and direct hire opportunities, providing flexibility for candidates who wish to explore the role before committing long-term.
