Job Summary The retail pharmacy experience is broken.Nearly every pharmacy is a nightmare to wait in lines, understand the prescription process, get the correct copay information, and coordinate with doctors-and worst of all, they all fail to focus on the customer as family.At Moose Pharmacy, we're doing something.We're building a pharmacy experience for the patient as an individual not just another number.We're creating transformative, simple prescription processing and pickup processing that help even the busiest of people take care of their health.We need your help.We are looking for some great staff who love helping our patients.You should enjoy making complicated situations simple and painless and have a passion for our mission in changing the pharmacy experience.You'll be responsible for providing unprecedented customer service at Moose Pharmacy.You'll help us interact with customers on the phone and in person, create and edit patient documentation such as address and contact information, check in the daily order, as well as be involved some cutting edge patient care models we've designed.Your work schedule will be Monday-Friday 9:00 am-6:00pm with a lunch break and rotating Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm.To apply, we prefer an experienced technician who can speak to a busy work environment...come see how much greener it is with us!
