Pharmacy Technician Nonsterile Compounding

Rood & Riddle Veterinary Pharmacy is a PCAB accredited veterinary only pharmacy located on the campus of Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital. Our primary mission is providing high quality Sterile Compounded, Non-Sterile compounded and Retail prescription services to meet the needs of our equine and companion animal patients. We are currently seeking a Full Time Nonsterile Compounding Technician This is a Full Time position, 40 hour work week. Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (8a-4:30p or 8:30a-5p shift) Closed on all major holidays Compounding Experience is preferred, but not required Nationally Certified Technician is preferred, but not required. Will need to become within 90 days of employment The initiative to learn the working knowledge of USP Chapters <795> and <800> specifically or have the experience currently Necessary attributes will include: Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to work in a fast pass environment, problem solving, technical skills, quick/efficient learner, excellent follow through capabilities, positive attitude and a team player.
