Pharmacy Technician – Retail & Compounding

Responsibilities Prescription processing and data entry Customer service and patient communication Inventory management and medication ordering Assisting pharmacists with pharmacy workflow and operations Organizing pharmacy records, supplies, and operational systems Supporting compounding preparation and compliance procedures Maintaining clean and organized work areas Qualifications Active Texas Pharmacy Technician license Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong organizational and operational skills Detail-oriented and dependable Strong communication and teamwork skills Retail pharmacy experience preferred but not required Interest in compounding pharmacy is a plus Position Details Location: Dallas, TX Full-time preferred Compensation: $18–$25/hour depending on experience We are looking for someone proactive, organized, and interested in growing within a pharmacy focused on operational excellence and compounding development.
