You might be a perfect fit. Responsibilities Collect blood samples via venipuncture and capillary puncture, ensuring proper technique and patient comfort. Strong venipuncture skills to include first-stick success & confidence. Comfortable with specimen handling basics. Able to follow lab-specific collection instructions and kit requirements when applicable. Accurate specimen labeling and matching to requisitions. Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment by adhering to infection control standards and laboratory safety procedures. Utilize medical terminology effectively to document procedures, communicate with team members, and update patient records. Centrifugation when required, performing specimen processing, labeling, and packaging for courier/shipping. Experience Proven laboratory experience with proficiency in laboratory procedures and techniques Prior clinical laboratory experience - minimum 2years (on-site) Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to blood sampling and patient assessment Hands-on experience with phlebotomy, venipuncture, and blood sampling techniques Strong Customer Service Skills - warm, professional & efficient Experience with clinical lab testing workflows and kit-based/third party collections Strong understanding of medical terminology and aseptic technique standards Experience in patient service roles that require compassion, communication skills, and attention to detail Join us in providing compassionate care while honing your skills in a supportive environment that values your expertise.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on patients' health journeys!
