Phlebotomist – In-Person Position Location: 6161 State Highway, Suite 200/300 Irving, TX 75038 Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (In-person role; no travel required) Attire Navy blue or gray scrubs Position Summary We are seeking a qualified and experienced Phlebotomist to join our clinical team. This role is responsible for accurate specimen collection, processing, and preparation while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and compliance with laboratory protocols. Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture for blood specimen collection Collect, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing and transport Ensure positive patient identification and accurate specimen labeling per SOPs Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Troubleshoot specimen collection issues and take corrective action as needed Obtain specimens for microbiology testing Perform waived and moderate complexity laboratory testing Provide clear patient instructions for specimen collection (e.g., urine samples) Educate patients on post-phlebotomy care Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials and sharps Adhere strictly to all laboratory policies, procedures, and safety regulations Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of phlebotomy experience Certified Phlebotomist (required) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent patient interaction and communication skills Ability to work independently while following established procedures By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
