Job Summary:Job will require working from 9:00 PM to 4:00 Pm in our office and evening and weekend hours from your home.You will be provided a phone to use.Responsible for answering the phone, greeting callers, establishing reason for calling, and resolving issue by contacting appropriate person that can help the customer.Primary responsibilities Be Friendly, Friendly, Friendly, Smile, Smile, Smile! They feel it.Greet customers warmly and ask how to help.Transfer calls.Relay verbal messages.Record and deliver messages.Answer questions about how to use our website Answer questions on what kind and type of memorials we sell.Take orders for headstones online.Make caller feel comfortable in buying from Legacyheadstones.File messages.Operate cord or cordless switchboard.Operate intercom, two-way radio, or public address.Arrange conference call.Schedule or cancel appointments.Answer caller's questions.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$12.00 - $13.00 per hour Expected hours:80 per week Work Location:In person.
