Responsibilities and job duties:Part-time Seasonal based on school year August-November Opportunity to learn advance photography skills & work more programs and high-level sports photography Drives to schools with studio provided equipment as assigned and arrives at scheduled arrival set up time Is responsible for assigned camera equipment and brings it with them to assigned jobs and keeps them in proper care and maintenance Unloads and sets up equipment in assigned area as directed through training and is responsible for checking to ensure they set up properly Is fully set up and ready 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of picture day Has a positive attitude throughout picture day, greets each teacher, student and staff member with courtesy and gratitude Photographs the minimum number of students required by company standards (appx 150-300) and helps other team members when needed to ensure students are out of class the least amount of time Regularly checks their set up to ensure distances on lights, subjects and backgrounds have not moved and are to standards Maintains safety of equipment throughout the day Takes intentional time with students and staff to ensure each image is the best possible image while considering hair, teeth, glasses, smile and such At the end of the schedule, goes to the school main office to share that the schedule is complete and if they wish to do an all call and thanks them for allowing them to photograph their school Takes time to break down equipment properly and clean the space used Finishes all paperwork and double checks all assigned work for the job is complete Drives carefully and when stopped, always locks, and maintains the safety of the equipment in the car Checks in with their supervisor and recaps the day If there is ever an issue, always communicates what that issue was immediately during or after the job Checks email and communications for schedule changes and updates, daily When asked, to help learn other programs and help around the office and facility Other duties as assigned Minimum requirements:High School Diploma Great vision and focus - eye site or with glasses Use of a dependable vehicle that can transport assigned equipment Ability to carry and lift up to 40 lbs of equipment Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop, and lift Team player Excellent communication skills and the ability to think quickly on the spot The love and compassion for children Excellent written skills for paperwork and communications Background check To wear a uniform To understand that we must meet the same requirements of school staff as it comes to facial piercings, body art and other such topics Pay:$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
