Strada Studios - Seasonal School Photographer $20-$25/hr Part-Time Seasonal with Ongoing Sports Work Strada Studios is a high-volume school and sports portrait company serving Mohave County.We're hiring seasonal photographers for the upcoming school year.This is not a full-time position.It is best suited for someone looking for supplemental income, flexible seasonal work, or part-time hours, and who does not need consistent full-time employment.This role is best suited for someone with basic photography experience who is comfortable operating a camera in manual mode, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, structured environment with students and school staff.We provide full training on our lighting setup and workflow, but candidates should already have foundational camera experience.What You'll Do Photograph school portraits and sports teams in a structured, high-volume environment Guide students through simple poses and expressions Set up and operate studio lighting (training provided) Maintain consistent pacing and image quality throughout the day Work as part of a team to ensure smooth, efficient photo days Represent the company professionally on school campuses What We're Looking For Basic photography experience (must be comfortable shooting in manual mode) Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism (critical in school environments) Comfortable communicating with students and school staff Ability to stay organized and work efficiently on a schedule Willingness to learn lighting and structured workflows Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Schedule & Work Style Seasonal peak:August - November (highest volume period) Work begins the first week of August Mandatory training day held in July (date provided after hiring) Primarily weekday mornings during school hours Occasional afternoons for sports We also continue supporting schools with sports photography and select events throughout the school year, typically on a reduced, flexible afternoon schedule.Scheduling is based on availability, with some variability outside of peak season.Travel We serve schools in Kingman, Lake Havasu, and Bullhead City.Some travel is required, and team members often carpool when possible.Compensation $20-$25/hour depending on experience and performance 1099 contract position Opportunities for increased pay based on reliability and returning performance Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a school district background check Must have reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned schools Job Types:Part-time, Contract, Seasonal, Freelance Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Compensation Package:1099 contract Hourly pay Paid per project Application Question(s):Do you understand that this is not a full time job?
