Summary This position offers an outpatient-focused Adult Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities and the opportunity to manage a broad range of neurologic diagnoses. You will join a collaborative team of two physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary group of Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists. Additional resources include Neuropsychology, Headache Clinic services, Social Work, Psychology, and integrative medicine support. Teaching opportunities with residents are available, with access to a 17-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit at CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital. Schedule Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Onsite St. Cloud, Minnesota Days| 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm Limited weekends Pay and Benefits Salary range: $310,000 - $390,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.
