Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist Location: Red Bank, NJ Job Type: Full-Time with Benefits Company Description We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice in New Jersey. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality therapy services to help patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve their overall physical function. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans based on clinical assessments. Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to support rehabilitation. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients on recovery strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey. Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred. New graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
