Physical Therapist Location: Waimea, HI Pay Rate: $50.00 $56.00/hr Schedule: Monday Friday, Contract: 13 weeks Experience: Minimum 2 years About the Role We are hiring an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Waimea, HI. This role includes a mix of inpatient and outpatient therapy, with a strong focus on independent patient care, mobility progression, evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning. Responsibilities Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments Provide care in outpatient, inpatient, acute, ICU, SNF, Med/Surg, ER, and occasional OB settings Support acute-to-SNF mobility progression and discharge planning Treat a variety of outpatient diagnoses in a rural healthcare setting Manage a mixed caseload of approximately 5 15 patients per day Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and goals Document patient progress and communicate with the care team Requirements Active Hawaii Physical Therapist license required or must obtain ASAP Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience required BLS/BCLS certification required Inpatient and outpatient therapy experience required SNF, acute care, ICU, Med/Surg, and discharge planning experience preferred Must be able to work Saturdays as needed Ability to work independently in a rural healthcare setting Apply today and take the next step in your healthcare career with a team that values your skills and dedication.
