Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Daytona Beach, FL for a Physical Therapist Assistant. The Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the direction of licensed physical therapists to deliver therapy treatments and techniques to patients. Responsibilities include implementing therapy exercises, monitoring patient progress, documenting treatments, and collaborating with the rehabilitation team to optimize patient outcomes. The role focuses on supporting quality patient care and ensuring a comfortable and safe therapeutic environment for residents. Qualifications Proficient in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques to support patient recovery Strong skills in Patient Care and delivering high-quality care to meet individual needs Understanding and experience in Orthopedics and related therapeutic practices Commitment to ensuring Quality Patient Care and promoting patient well-being Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and residents Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Florida Certification in CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation care is a plus
