Key Responsibilities Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any concerns or changes to the supervising therapist Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as directed Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to support recovery Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, adhering to all safety protocols Ensure accurate documentation of patient sessions and treatment outcomes Support the overall operation of the therapy department to ensure efficient patient care delivery Skills and Qualifications Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant Proven experience in a clinical setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Excellent organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and modalities Join our team and be part of a healthcare organization committed to excellence, growth, and making a positive impact on patients’ lives.
