Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health Positions available in Venice, North Port, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, and Sarasota FL 1099 Contractor Position | Flexible Schedule We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health visits in the Venice, North Port, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, or Sarasota, FL areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to build a schedule that fits their lifestyle. Position Details Compensation: Flat rate of $55 per visit Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Schedule Flexibility: Accept as many or as few visits as desired Preferred Availability: Applicants able to complete 20+ visits per week are strongly preferred Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist Document patient progress accurately and timely Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff Travel to patient homes within the Venice and North Port service areas Qualifications Current Florida PTA license in good standing Home health experience preferred, but not required Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently Why Join Us?
