Physical Therapist

Canyon Therapy is a privately owned outpatient PT and OT clinic in beautiful Cody, WY. A PT at our clinic will provide Physical Therapy services such as: evaluations and assessments, establishing plan of care based on assessment and physician prescription, develop and implement treatment plans including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises and activities, neuromuscular reeducation, physical agent modalities and supervise, educate and instruct physical therapy assistants. You will document patient care services in a timely fashion. As a physical therapist, you will maintain patient confidentiality. You will contribute to team effort by accomplishing and communicating related results as needed. Other duties include: helping maintain a safe and clean work environment and other duties as assigned. Employee will undergo a 90 day evaluation to assess your performance from date of hire.
