This role is built for the clinician who wants leadership, mentorship, earning upside, and real influence, without the burden of startup debt or back-office chaos. This Is Not a “Senior PT” JobThis is a leadership role for someone who wants to help build something bigger than themselves. You will lead a brand-new clinic backed by an established, fast-growing company with nearly a decade of success, proven systems, and a clear scaling vision. We already have a Director of Clinical Excellence guiding the brand. Your role is to direct and lead your own clinic, develop people, drive growth, and execute at a high level. High Earning Potential, Without Ownership Stress Competitive base salary plus profit share. Once the clinic reaches maturity, total compensation can reach $205,000 per year. What You’ll Do• Serve as the lead clinician and Clinic Director for a new Competitive Edge location Build a thriving caseload and guide the clinic to full capacity Mentor and develop clinicians through weekly training and hands-on leadership Represent the Competitive Edge brand with professionalism, energy, and vision Build strong community relationships and position your clinic as the premier rehab destination Collaborate with our leadership team to execute on clinical and operational standards Why Competitive Edge Physical TherapyWe are a cash-based, technology-driven practice built around doing things differently.
