Duties Oversee all clinic operations, including patient scheduling, staff coordination, and resource management to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery Lead and motivate clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, to uphold accreditation and quality benchmarks Implement policies and procedures that promote patient safety, confidentiality, and excellent customer service Monitor clinic performance metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions Provide patient care directly , working side by side with healthcare providers to optimize patient care pathways and support clinical excellence Experience Proven experience in healthcare management or medical management within a clinical setting preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively Demonstrated ability to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction Excellent communication skills for liaising with staff, patients, vendors, and regulatory bodies Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Relocation assistance Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location: In person
