Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services to children from birth through age five. This role involves conducting screenings, evaluations, and interventions while supporting early childhood development in inclusive classroom settings, homes, and community environments. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs/IFSPs) that promote each child’s growth and independence while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations. Job Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to children in classrooms, homes, and other appropriate environments Conduct developmental screenings and comprehensive evaluations as referred Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs/IFSPs) in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams Prepare detailed assessment reports with findings and recommendations Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and caregivers to support consistent and effective service delivery Coach and educate families on therapy techniques to support carryover in the home Develop therapy materials and resources to support treatment goals Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and required paperwork Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations for services to children with disabilities Participate in Early Intervention Team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration Assist with grant-related documentation, including goal writing and reporting Code and bill for Medicaid services as required Attend staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education to maintain licensure and professional growth Serve on committees and perform additional duties as needed Qualifications Required Education & Experience: Graduate degree from an accredited college or university in Physical Therapy or a related field 3–5 years of experience in pediatric physical therapy Experience working with children ages birth to five preferred Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered Licenses & Certifications Valid Physical Therapy License (Wyoming) CPR/First Aid Certification Valid Class C Driver’s License Ability to pass state and federal background checks About The Company Our client is committed to supporting early childhood development through high-quality, family-centered services for children with developmental delays and disabilities.
