Deluxe Physical Therapy is an orthopedic practice offering individualized one-on-one care through a hybrid model of private-pay and Medicare-based services. We are currently in-network with Medicare only and primarily serve adult patients with orthopedic, balance, and pre and post-operative conditions. We also offer wellness visits to further assist our patients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time / PRN Physical Therapist to join our growing practice. What We Offer Flexible scheduling Ability to manage and schedule your own patients One-on-one patient care Calm, professional, patient-centered environment Opportunity to utilize manual therapy and advanced clinical skills Competitive compensation Supportive and collaborative practice culture Mentorship and clinical support available when needed Potential for growth as the practice expands Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation Deliver high-quality hands-on care and therapeutic exercise instruction Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation Communicate effectively with physicians and patients Ensure Medicare compliance and ethical billing practices Independently manage the full patient care process Qualifications Active Virginia Physical Therapy license Ability to work completely independently and manage full patient caseload responsibilities Strong orthopedic and manual therapy background preferred Experience treating adult and senior populations Excellent documentation and clinical reasoning skills Strong understanding of Medicare guidelines and compliance Dry needling experience is a plus, but not required Self-motivated, professional, and reliable Position Details Part-time / PRN Flexible hours based on availability and patient demand Combination of Medicare and private-pay patients Autonomy to coordinate and manage your own schedule If you value personalized care, clinical autonomy, and a quality-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.
