Physical Therapist (Home Health) – Loganville / Snellville, GA| Full-Time, On-Site

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, helping improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore independence.
