Additional Earnings: Monthly bonuses, productivity incentives, and profit sharing Shift Schedule Full-time, 5 shifts per week Typically 2-day shifts and 3 evening shifts Open to negotiating 2 evening shifts Early Fridays year-round (off by 3:00 PM) Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and functional conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with physical therapists, nutrition specialists, and other clinicians to deliver holistic care Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness strategies Contribute to a positive clinic culture and support clinic growth Requirements Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Must be willing to cover neighbour clinics if needed.
