Physical Therapist

Job Overview LTE Care Plus is a growing behavioral health and therapy organization serving children and families across New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County.As we expand our clinical services, we are launching a dedicated Physical Therapy division and are looking for a skilled, passionate Physical Therapist to join us on the ground floor.This is a unique opportunity to help build something from the start.As one of our first Physical Therapists, you will deliver direct patient care while helping shape our PT service model, documentation standards, and clinical protocols.You'll work closely with our clinical and operations leadership to ensure we launch with excellence.Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients Deliver direct PT services across outpatient and community-based settings Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with Medicaid and HIPAA requirements Collaborate with ABA, SLP, and other clinical team members to support whole-child care Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation per eMedNY billing standards Participate in service line development including protocol and policy input Provide family education and home program recommendations Requirements Active New York State Physical Therapist license (required) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; pediatric experience strongly preferred Knowledge of NYS Medicaid/eMedNY documentation and billing requirements Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills Experience with early intervention, school-based, or outpatient pediatric populations a plus CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) What we offer Competitive salary:$80,000 - $110,000 based on experience Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Professional development and continuing education support Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding organization Collaborative, mission-driven team culture Work locations Serving clients across New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County.HQ is located at 265 Broadhollow Rd, Suite 110, Melville, NY 11747.Pay:$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education:Doctorate (Preferred) Experience:Physical therapy:1 year (Required) License/Certification:Physical Therapy License (Required) Willingness to travel:50% (Required) Work Location:In person.
