Key Responsibilities: As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating residents to help them achieve long-term health benefits and improve their overall mobility and quality of life. Evaluate residents' conditionsand develop individualized physical rehabilitation plans. Help residentsimprove mobilityand functional independence. Relieve painusing exercises, hands-on therapy, stretching, and physical therapy devices. Assist residentsin using physical therapy equipment effectively. Guide residents through therapy tasks, monitoring theirperformanceand progress. Inform residentsabout what they should expect at different stages of their recovery. Supervise physical therapy assistantswhen required. Maintain asafe and clean working environment. Adhere to infection-control policiesand protocols. Contribute tointerdisciplinary team effortsto ensure comprehensive resident care. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Current New York State PT License.
