Part-Time Physical Therapist : Integrated Preventive & Wellness Medicine Center We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our integrated, multidisciplinary wellness team. Our practice is a preventive, whole-health medical and wellness center specializing in preventive primary care, women’s health, metabolic health and obesity medicine, hormone health, medical nutrition therapy, physical therapy, and mental health services. Patients choose our practice for our personalized, relationship-centered approach to lifelong health and wellness. We offer an established physical therapy program located within our in-house wellness and movement studio as part of our integrated care center. The Physical Therapist will work collaboratively alongside physicians, dietitians, mental health professionals, and wellness clinicians to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care focused on improving movement, reducing pain, restoring function, and promoting long-term wellbeing. The Physical Therapist will perform individualized one-on-one evaluations including comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, pain and injury evaluations, functional movement screening, gait and mobility analysis, and development of personalized treatment plans. Treatment plans will focus on restoring optimal movement patterns, reducing pain, improving strength and stability, and enhancing overall functional wellness and quality of life. Our practice has a significant focus on metabolic health, obesity medicine, hormone health, and healthy aging. The Physical Therapist will frequently receive referrals for conditions such as poor body mechanics, core weakness, sarcopenia and muscle loss related to aging or GLP-1 medications, gait instability, low muscle mass, and general functional deconditioning. The therapist will develop long-term rehabilitation and fitness-oriented strategies designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, posture, and overall functional health. The therapist will also evaluate and treat a broad range of traditional orthopedic and rehabilitation conditions including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, chronic degenerative conditions, chronic pain syndromes, geriatric conditions, and vestibular disorders. Advanced training or experience in vestibular therapy, Functional Movement Screen (FMS), musculoskeletal ultrasound, shockwave therapy, or laser therapy is highly regarded. We are seeking a dedicated, personable, and compassionate professional who enjoys building strong relationships with patients and supporting long-term continuity of care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preventive medicine, wellness-based rehabilitation, and collaborative multidisciplinary care. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to foster patient trust and engagement are essential. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, selecting appropriate diagnostic and billing codes, coordinating follow-up care, providing patient education, and maintaining effective communication with both patients and the multidisciplinary care team. Our practice provides strong administrative support, scheduling assistance, in-house billing and prior authorization support, and an engaged and appreciative patient population. The therapist will join an established and growing physical therapy program led by a highly successful clinician with expertise in vestibular therapy and functional movement screening. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who values a collaborative and wellness-oriented environment and who is interested in helping grow a preventive and longevity-focused model of care. This position is initially part-time, approximately two days per week, with preferred evening availability such as 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. As patient demand and referrals continue to grow, additional days and hours may become available based on therapist availability and interest. Compensation is competitive at $45 per patient case. No-show appointments are compensated, although late cancellations are not reimbursed. The practice has implemented scheduling systems and patient communication policies designed to minimize late cancellations and maintain efficient scheduling flow. All services are billable through Medicare and most commercial insurance plans. The practice also offers cash-based and membership wellness services as part of its comprehensive approach to preventive and longevity-focused care.
