Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities include providing individualized physical therapy services, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans, delivering patient care, and ensuring quality treatment. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and promote whole-person health and performance. The role also involves assessing patients, executing evidence-based treatment strategies, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of care. Qualifications Proficiency in Physical Therapy techniques and methodologies Experience in Rehabilitation practices and Patient Care Knowledge of Medicine and its application in neuromusculoskeletal treatment Ability to deliver Home Care services as required Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enhance patient experience and teamwork Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration is a plus Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and valid state licensure required Experience with evidence-based and periodized rehabilitation models is preferred
