Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required Previous Home Care Experience - Preferred HCHB EMR preferred - Education Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required Local Taxable pay: $61/hr Total Gross pay : $2440/week OT& Holiday rate: $91.5/hr
