Lead engaging, hands-on training sessions on safe movement and musculoskeletal best practices Collaborate with employees, supervisors, and managers to identify injury risks and practical prevention strategies Conduct preventative ergonomic and worksite evaluations Identify OSHA ergonomic risk factors and support corrective actions Provide non-medical OSHA First Aid support Contribute to continuous improvement of injury prevention programs and safety initiatives Use data and observations to support workplace recommendations and long-term program success What We’re Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) 2+ years of professional experience , preferably in orthopedics, occupational health, and/or sports medicine Strong knowledge of biomechanics and musculoskeletal conditions Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team Strong communication and education skills Work Environment On-site at various workplace settings, including industrial, clinical, office, and distribution facilities Occasional local travel to partner facilities Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 lbs Comfortable working in environments with standard operational noise and equipment Ready to Apply?
