About the Role As a Physical Therapist (PT) at LifeSpan Therapy, you will play a critical role in helping residents recover mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall physical function following injury, surgery, or illness. You will assess residents' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to promote healing and enhance quality of life. Your work will involve close collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes. You will also be responsible for monitoring res
