Job DescriptionJob Description PT (Physical Therapist) Location: Klamath Falls, OR Contract Type: Travel Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4x10 Days Pay: $2,600/week Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts) Job Description Travel Physical Therapist needed for a home health setting providing therapy services to patients in their homes. Schedule is Monday through Friday with approximately 40 hours per week and an average of 5 patient visits per day. Therapist will travel between patient homes and receive mileage reimbursement. Charting systems used include Netsmart and Epic. Candidates must be quick learners, self-starters, and able to ramp up quickly. Housing in the area can be challenging, especially for travelers with pets.
