Physical Therapist

Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation services to senior residents. In this collaborative, resident-focused community, you will perform assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. You will document progress, educate residents and families, and partner closely with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, person-centered care that supports independence and enhances daily living.
