Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Jacksonville, AL at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Alabama state PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required from AHA or ARC. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is required. Documentation of recent experience with restorative care, falls prevention programs, and mobility training preferred. Experience with electronic medical records and documentation in SNF settings preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift days: Monday through Friday, with 1 weekend rotation per month. Shift name: Other. Client will consider 13- or 26-week assignments. 36-hour guarantee specified by the client. Flexible shift consideration; may consider other shift arrangements if needed. Location Highlights Jacksonville, AL offers convenient access to outdoor and cultural attractions within short drives.
