Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Cambria City, PA, providing home health care where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Bachelor’s degree acceptable if combined with documented experience. (Client requires minimum: Master’s) Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience delivering home health physical therapy services. Clinical experience with adult and geriatric populations preferred. Ability to manage a caseload across multiple service areas including Cambria, Northern Cambria, and Indiana County. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the coverage area. Mileage reimbursement will be provided per client policy. Professional appearance consistent with client dress code: royal blue or black scrubs, or khakis with polo shirt. Independent contractor status acceptable. Must meet any additional client-specific credentialing and onboarding requirements prior to start. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Other. Shift pattern: 5x8. Guaranteed hours: 32 hours per week. Weekend/on-call: rotation approximately every 8 weekends; details to be discussed with the client. Coverage area includes Cambria City, Northern Cambria, and portions of Indiana County. Degree required: PT degree. Minimum education requirement: Master’s.
