Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Dothan, AL, providing home health services to patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Current Alabama Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment. Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and dependable vehicle or reliable access to public transportation. Current CPR (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire. Experience providing home health physical therapy, including performing patient evaluations, developing plan of care, documenting progress notes, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. Ability to perform home visits across the Dothan, AL coverage area and to function in varied home environments. Occasional weekend admissions required. Preferred: prior experience with mileage documentation between visits and knowledge of home health billing/practice guidelines. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (as listed 8am-4:30pm in client notes; follow facility schedule). Weekly Hours: 40 hour guarantee. On-call/Weekend Requirement: Occasional weekend admissions. Coverage Area: Dothan, AL. Candidate must travel between patient homes within the coverage area. Mileage reimbursement between first and last patient is provided per client guidance.
