(Client requires Master’s minimum.) Active Pennsylvania physical therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start. PT degree and documented clinical experience in home health or community-based care preferred. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing care across a multi-county coverage area, including travel between patient residences, preferred. Willingness to comply with client dress code: royal blue/black scrubs or khakis and polo shirt. Independent contractor eligibility as required by the client. Assignment Details Facility type: Home Health. Shift type: Other (client notes 5x8 pattern). Guaranteed hours: 32 hours per week. Weekend/on-call: Occurs approximately every 8 weekends; details to be discussed with client. Coverage area: Cambria County, Northern Cambria, and portions of Indiana County; mileage reimbursement provided. Professional certification required: Yes. Resource type: Independent Contractor.
