Job Description

Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Ebensburg, PA, Home Health, where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. (Client requires Master’s minimum.) Active Pennsylvania physical therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start. PT degree and documented clinical experience in home health or community-based care preferred. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing care across a multi-county coverage area, including travel between patient residences, preferred. Willingness to comply with client dress code: royal blue/black scrubs or khakis and polo shirt. Independent contractor eligibility as required by the client. Assignment Details Facility type: Home Health. Shift type: Other (client notes 5x8 pattern). Guaranteed hours: 32 hours per week. Weekend/on-call: Occurs approximately every 8 weekends; details to be discussed with client. Coverage area: Cambria County, Northern Cambria, and portions of Indiana County; mileage reimbursement provided. Professional certification required: Yes. Resource type: Independent Contractor.
