Join a travel Physical Therapist role in Lafayette, IN where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new clinical setting. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Indiana Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required from AHA or ARC. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics or related settings. Experience treating post-op knee, hip, shoulder and low back/neck pain required. Experience with modalities and equipment including estim, ultrasound, Hivamat, laser, AlterG, or Vector is preferred. Experience using EPIC or comparable EMR preferred. Demonstrated ability to work 1:1 with adult ortho/neuro and post-op patient populations. Preferred: manual therapy skills. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital outpatient / clinic setting. Shift: Days. Shift Hours: 08:30–17:00. Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36. Patient Ratio: 1:1. Required Certifications: BLS and valid state licensure. Manager: Erin Charters. Reporting location: YMCA, 3001 S Creasy Lane, Lafayette, IN 47905. Dress Code: dark gray scrubs. Unacceptable attire: open-toed shoes, denim, sweatshirts.
