Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, providing home health services where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA. Active New Jersey State Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience or comfort working in Home Health settings preferred; open to candidates without prior home health experience. Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes within assigned territory. Ability to document visits in electronic medical record systems. Experience with specific EMRs preferred but not required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days.
